What I Wore: Vermont

20 Jul

I’m spending a couple weeks in Vermont, first at my grandparent’s farm, then at a cabin on the lake. I came here every summer as a kid, and I’m so glad my kids get to have some of the same experiences here that I did.

We spent the day at the farm, playing around the pond, exploring the barn, and running through the fields.

Today we took a short hike and went swimming at a nearby lake.

We spent the morning eating ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s, then sampling cider and doughnuts at a cider mill.

This is ‘moving day’ for us… although we’re just moving from my grandparent’s farm to a cabin on the lake.

So…this is pretty much a lie. I only wore this outfit at dinner time. The rest of the day I was in my swimsuit, but I was NOT about to post a picture of that!

Another day at the lake. ๐Ÿ™‚

I went on a day trip with my mom, sister-in-law, and cousin up to Burlington to go shopping.
The picture is on the cabin lawn after we got home.

Looks like such a wonderful time. Love the Black-eyed Susans along the fence. Gorgeous scenery and great camping fashion!
